First Aid of the Soul (FAS), a 501c(3) nonprofit, is a collective of dedicated professionally trained mental health providers from North America and across Europe delivering free and accessible mental health and psychosocial support services to individuals affected by Russia’s war against Ukraine.

FAS’s approach is multifaceted and applied through  a holistic trauma-informed lens. The vision is to restore a sense of dignity, belonging and well-being to the soul of Ukraine. This work is implemented through  an array of support services spanning from support groups, supervision, mentorship, training, workshops and self-help materials. 

Grinder's Keepers is committed to supporting their cause directly with a percentage monthly sales as the needs in Ukraine are still ongoing.
